DabApps Tops Government Digital Survey

Chris Palk

DabApps has come out on top in a recent government digital services survey.

The assessment exercise, conducted in March, invited 175 registered digital suppliers on the Digital Government Framework to take part, and the results have just recently been published.

Participants were rated in ten areas, designed to highlight the capabilities of suppliers to provide open digital services, with DabApps scoring the most 'excellent' ratings of all respondents.

We are delighted to have been scored and assessed so highly. We have a fantastic team here, and are very pleased with this objective recognition of our skills and capabilities.

The assessors said:

DabApps demonstrated an excellent understanding of how to process and present data through a website, including in appropriate data formats. They also had some brilliant ideas about how to use existing social media tools to support data reuse. The team at DabApps shows a good mix of skills for delivering an open digital service, in user research, front-end and back-end development, and expertise with data.

The Digital Services framework shows how we are levelling the playing field for government contracts and giving opportunities to new entrants and smaller suppliers who can deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions based on user need.
