The challenge
Firefly's hybrid power systems generate valuable data, but raw telemetry alone was not enough to prove diesel, CO2 and runtime savings to different stakeholder groups. The product needed to serve internal administrators, customer managers and community leads without making any one group wrestle with unnecessary technical complexity.

Our approach
We designed Glow around clear operational stories: a zoomable fleet map, deep machine pages and stakeholder dashboards. Administrators can manage fleet health, alerts and remote actions; customer managers can understand contracts, installations and service history; community leads can evidence lifetime environmental and financial impact.
Glow has changed how we manage and showcase our hybrid power systems. We can support sites remotely, and customers can clearly see the CO2 and fuel savings for themselves.
