The challenge

In every organisation, employee happiness is key to business success. WeThrive helps organisations understand how people are feeling and what action to take next. We took over the project as an existing, partially developed product and were tasked with completing the full WeThrive product toolbox.

We work closely with the WeThrive team on a regular basis to design, develop and grow their web application. The product began as a simple engagement survey and has grown into a richer set of tools that help organisations understand employee experience and take meaningful action.

Product evolution

Our work has added task and action tracking, a more developed user permissions model for complex organisational structures, and richer reporting and analysis. The application is built in Django with a React interface, using Highcharts for engagement survey reporting.

The outcome

In the last quarter, 89% of performance review surveys were completed, and 91% of self-assessments converted into completed 1:1 meetings recorded in the WeThrive platform. Organisations running regular engagement surveys see an average 10% improvement in employee engagement over time using recommended action plans and goal-setting.
